		<description>Spaetzle...I grew up in Southern Germany (Bavaria) having these more often than not. I&#039;m sooo excited to find your gluten-free version and am going to try it tonight. I may even get adventurous and see if I can turn them into Spinatspaetzle...flavored with spinach and then layered with sauteed onions and gruyere cheese.</description>

		<description>Ok I&#039;m a little behind on my blog reading but I&#039;ve read about this law and it PISSES me off big time.  I love etsy because I know what I&#039;m buying hasn&#039;t been made in China.  I&#039;m all for stricter regulations for big companies, but small producers can&#039;t compete with laws like these and their products are far and away the safest and highest quality.  Another thing I think is HORRIBLE about it is that places like the salvation army won&#039;t be able to accept old toys to sell/give out because they arent&#039; certified.  Dumb dumb dumb</description>

If you want to make a dry mix to keep around, then you could try it without the milk powder at all and reduce the water by a 1/4 cup.
